My name is Luna Wood and I am the descendent of a strong lineage of healers. I am a decendents of the Kuna tribe of Panama. I have been a massage therapist, healer, doula, and teacher for 30+ years.

My personal experience of having a traumatic birth with my mother, a Panamanian immigrant, has called me to do this sacred work. I feel a deep connection to supporting families during this critical moment honoring my mothers experience and cultural heritage. I hope to create a more inclusive and culturally experience for families from diverse backgrounds.

Luna Wood, a Liscensed Massage Therapist and Multigenerational Birth Warrior of 30+ years previously trained through DONA (Doulas of North America), ALACE (Association of Labor Assistants & Childbirth Educators), and is currently a Certified Massage Doula graduating from the advanced six month Massage Doula program at the Star Institute. She taught various programs at the Star Institute & Austin Schools of Massage and has 30+ years of experience as an instructor specializing in pregnancy and childbirth.
